The Mediterranean sea, the pearl of Sicily, is the protagonist of this made-in-Trapani cooking class. You will learn to handle its fish, from the Mazara’s Red Prawns to the prized Red Tuna and through the lobsters fished around the small Island of Marettimo, turning them into genuine elegant dishes. The lesson lasts 2 hours and a half and it includes the tasting of the dishes prepared, paired with Firriato label wines.
