The cooking class reviews all the secrets to the success of this dish, which is typical of Trapanese traditional cooking: From the couscous rolling and preparation of the broth, made with the catch of the day, down to the steaming in the special terracotta pot. When lunchtime comes you will enjoy the fruits of your labors. The whole experience is supervised by a professional chef and it lasts 3 hours.
