You will take part to a traditional Sicilian pastry class in Palermo: you may choose to focus on the famous Sicilian Cassata or the Frutta di Martorana (in both cases it is a 4h-class focused on a single recipe) or to focus on other pastries typical of Sicilian tradition: almond or pistachio biscuits, Sicilian Cannoli and “pignoccata” (in this case the class includes 3 recipes in one lesson). Any other recipe can be performed on request. At the end of the class, enjoy a taste of pasta, a traditional Sicilian dish, offered by the Chef and accompanied by a good local wine. Depending on the number of people attending, the class is held at Chef’s home or in a restaurant in Palermo city.
